Valparaiso is an idyllic luxury villa near Denia and Javea on the Costa Blanca. Situated in large private grounds, the house can sleep up to 14 guests with comfort, and 16 maximum. With a large heated pool & jacuzzi, extensive gardens and terraces, and spectacular views of the Mediterranean from all rooms, Valparaiso offers a real taste of paradise.
The house has undergone constant improvement since the current owners acquired it in 2003. It has 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and spacious living room, with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Full Sky satellite TV, Xbox, fast broadband and utility room are also included.
The surrounding established gardens are complemented by a huge terrace with 10x4m heated pool, bespoke jacuzzi, grassed areas with trees for shade during the hottest days, and several chill-out and dining areas, including a Moroccan style roof terrace featuring a large hidden flat screen TV for cinema nights, sports and entertainment. The villa also has a table tennis table and use of the adjacent tennis court is free for guests.
The lovely custom-made mosaic tiled heated jacuzzi can take up to 10 persons and is situated in one of the top garden terraces with a beautiful view over mountains and valley, the perfect place to have a glass of wine and relax at all times of the year. Our large Balinese pagoda provides yet more relaxing chill-out space, with comfy sofas, welcome shade in the middle of summer, and soft lighting for romantic evenings.
